Membership

Annual dues are $380 for regular members and $190 for employees of non-profit organizations, academic members (including students), retired members, and those new to the profession - under 35 years old. Additional members from organizations with one current member enrolled at the regular rate are $200. If you have questions about dues, please contact Lisa at 815-464-6019 or by e-mail.

If you are interested in becoming a member and you have not received an invitation, please contact Lisa at the office.  We will introduce you to our organization and assist you in our new member process.  Sponsorship is required.

Membership in AECRE provides a host of benefits, including numerous educational and networking opportunities:

Annual Conference - AECRE holds an annual 2-1/2 day conference in the late spring featuring an outstanding educational program consisting of panels, workshops and roundtables.  Unlimited networking opportunities are provided.

Fall Forum - AECRE holds an annual 1-day forum in a major metropolitan area. The meeting features sessions on the latest innovations, developments, and issues of the day-plus networking opportunities such as the "get-to-know-you" luncheon.

Regional Networking Luncheons - AECRE members in Chicago and New York have rolled out quarterly networking events.  These offer members exciting opportunities to casually join together and discuss topics of mutual interest. These events are short in duration, and draw members and guests from the immediate geographic area. Guests are welcome to attend with an AECRE member.

Corporate Real Estate and The Law® - The Association publishes a newsletter, several times per year, replete with highly professional educational articles and updates on current legal developments. Members are invited to submit articles and/or legal updates for publication. We also encourage members to send in personal tidbits for publication.  New members are profiled in each issue. 

Member Directory - The online directory is considered one of our most valuable networking tools.
