This Cancellation Policy explains the rules and procedures for cancelling course enrollments or subscriptions on the AECRE website www.aecre.org (“Services”). By enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancelling Course Enrollment
You may cancel your enrollment in a course under the following conditions:
- Before Accessing the Course
- If you cancel before accessing any course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- After Accessing Course Materials
- Once you have accessed course content (videos, downloads, or other materials), cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
- You may still cancel future access to the course, but no financial refund will be provided.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a course enrollment, contact AECRE support:

Subject line: “Course Cancellation – [Course Name]”
Please include:
- Your full name
- Email associated with your account
- Course name and purchase date
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Cancellation requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Subscription or Recurring Payments
If you are enrolled in a subscription-based course or membership:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
- Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments, unless eligible under the Refund Policy.
- Access to content will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
4. Automatic Cancellation
AECRE reserves the right to cancel course access in the following situations:
- Non-payment or failed payment for a purchased course
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity
5. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
AECRE may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
